On July 11, 1st and 2nd Regiments – more than 900 Cadets – graduated from the Leader Development and Assessment Course (LDAC) on the Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash. Successful completion of LDAC is perhaps the single most significant event in the multi-year Cadet leadership development process. Most graduating Cadets will return home to complete one more year of college prior to commissioning; however, some Cadets commission after LDAC. Yesterday, 44 Cadets from the 1st and 2nd Regiments commissioned as 2nd lieutenants in U.S. Army.

What do you call the ties that the female officers are wearing with their dress uniform? Does not look like a bow tie 🙂 Just curious.
For female officers the tie is called the black neck tab.
